Organization
There are two main governing bodies of MaRDI:
- The Board: administers and endorses the task area, including timelines and cooperation structures,
- The Council: maintains and develops the overall vision of MaRDI. It also ensures the adherence to the FAIR principles.
Each task area has an elected spokesperson who represents the task area in the MaRDI Board and the Council. Both the Board and the Council will be supported and advised by an international Advisory Board and User Forum. Together, they will guarantee adherence to the FAIR principles within all developments of the consortium.
In addition to the internal Board, MaRDI will also be governed by an external board. The focus will be towards developing common standards of work and data flow across all consortia within the NFDI network.
